Spent my entire 32 year career with Kraft Foods
Relocated seven times with Kraft: Corinth, MS - Memphis, TN - New Orleans, LA - Dallas, TX - Houston, TX - back to Dallas, and now to our home in NWA.
Lost my first wife, Dara, to breast cancer eleven months after moving to Bella Vista.
Met Rose in 2009 and we were married two years later.
Rose and I have four children between us and four grandchildren.

I began my career with Kraft Foods in 1980 as a field sales representative calling on grocery stores in Northeast Mississippi. Retired in 2013 as an Associate Director of Shopper Insights and Category Management on the Kraft Walmart Team.

During my first 10 years I was promoted several times to call on accounts of increasing size and responsibility. The last account I called on, the Delchamps HDQ in Mobile, AL, was the largest revenue producing account in our New Orleans market.

I was in the midst of being promoted to Dallas as the Sales Manager for the Kroger HQ when I received a call offering me a newly created position. A Regional Sales Technology Manager. I headed up a new department that was responsible for delivering the first laptop computers to 17 different SW Region markets, We trained and implemented the first information and space management applications.

2016

Won 1st Term City Council Seat

- Became a Certified Municipal Official

- Completed 21hrs of municipal official workshops that included municipal finance, city planning and human resources

- Served as Chair of the Bella Vista Advertising & Promotion Commission

2020

Won 2nd Term City Council Seat

- Voted Mayor Pro Tempore four consecutive years by members of the council.
